I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, loss, life transitions, and relationship problems.
I also work with parents looking to increase their understanding and ability to connect and set limits with their child. Many of my referrals involve (1) child's disruptive or aggressive behavior interfering with relationships at home/school; or (2) a family looking for extra support navigating a new diagnosis, loss, or separation.
I also work with families (partners, parents with children, adult siblings and parents, etc.) to increase support, establish and maintain important boundaries, and improve relationship quality.
